Wind Generating Locations, NIMBY Effect and Wind Speed Reality Checks viewed

Often, when a great place is found for wind, screaming, and the locals to take up arms against the proposal for wind turbines. We call this the NIMBY effect, yes, we all want more alternative energies, but "Not-In-My-Back-Yard" or NIMBY. Well, if it does not naturally occurring in areas of strong wind is blowing then where?

Let us consider the proposal in the MA on Cape Cod, for wind turbines have the power of space. The Martha Vineyard plan for offshore wind farms, it isinteresting to say the locals, the wind turbines would be an eye sore and really she should be held there, ocean wave. If they wind, so they should use the WITH light deflection techniques to make them invisible so as not to hurt to see the coast.

The environmentalists who say the concept of wind generators that require build offshore wind farm to drill down into the shallow sea floor and this can not be admitted because it supposedly hurts in the ears do love dolphins are taken right? Is not that why gas is so expensive, there are now? This and the increased demand, but they blocked offshore drilling for natural gas from the MA coast.

The areas of Corpus Christi are always blowing, kind of like Wyoming or the canyons off the California desert. T. Boone Pickens relies on wind and believes that massive wind farms might one day for about 8% of our country's energy bill. He is set on building wind farms and wind energy technologies in Texas and spending billionsin order to see this dream come true gone.

Maybe we could all take another look at the way we do things, and the hypocrisy of the prevention of such alternative energy sources a reality. If we are really concerned about the pollution issues, it should be, perhaps in the backyard of all, when and if it is windy.
