Planning a Nantucket Iceland, Massachusetts Getaway Vacation Part 1

When is a good time to depart to-Iceland and Nantucket, Massachusetts? It is probably the best idea to get your travel plans and go during the week. This would be from Monday through Thursday. They are more likely to miss the heavy weekend traffic on the Cape Cod Canal bridges and all the large crowds at ferry terminal and airports. Beware of traffic problems on the Cape during the summer season. This is especially true in July and August. Plan your travel time accordingly.

• Iceland Airlines: This airline providescomfortable year-round service between Barnstable Municipal Airport in Hyannis and Nantucket Memorial Airport. You have every hour.

• Linear Air: Fly from Boston and New York to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. They also have private documents for over 500 cities in the eastern United States and Canada.

• Nantucket Airlines: Provides year-round service to Nantucket Memorial Airport from Hyannis, Massachusetts (Cape Cod).

• U.S.Airways Express: Offers a seasonal service to Nantucket Memorial Airport from LaGuardia International Airport in New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC, and locally from Hyannis, Massachusetts (Cape Cod).

Arriving by bus

If you want to travel by bus to Nantucket, there are several convenient bus connection to points for Nantucket.
