Paul Parker (Duke, MEM, 1997) is a scientist. He has been a fisherman. Now he is the executive director of a nonprofit group made up of scientists, policy analysts, and fishermen working to restore the dwindling numbers of cod fish, and other once-abundant species, on Cape Cod.
